You need focus for goals, to be present in the moment, to relax and for everything you do in the day.

People will hurt you, but you get to decide what you do with that hurt. You also get to decide to not let that hurt stop you from loving others.
7. I choose to be kind to myself.
Every day, you should be kind to yourself. Whether you have made a mistake, suffered an injury or just lost your job, there are many ways to be kind to yourself.
8. I choose to live a balanced life.
You can’t have all work and no play. You can’t have it the other way either. After you have pursued work you love to do, be intent on relaxing, spending time with others and doing other things that bring you happiness.
9. I choose to live without regret.
This affirmation means letting go of past regret after you have resolved what you are going to do with that regret. This affirmation also means you’re going to put yourself out there, be vulnerable, reach for goals and go for any opportunity.
10. I choose to allow myself to change.
Today, you want something. Tomorrow, you might want something else. It’s okay to change.
